"I tried handling my claims myself, thinking that it wouldn’t be a problem. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Though I was found 100% not at fault, getting things moving along wasn’t happening. I even felt as if I was being penalized for filing my claim with State Farm as my deductible was $2,000. I kept making calls to both State Farm and Geico (the other driver’s insurance).
