"Every month I have an issue with my policy. I speak with Alisha or/ other representatives and it's always the same. First my policy was canceled without my knowledge bc billing didn't process my payment. Now today my bill is $1700 bc I was told a payment was returned which is was not. I provided proof that payment was completed. I was supooed to get a call back and i didn't. This State Farm Agency is giving me the WORST experience ever. I did not recommend this Agency to anyone. Now I have to wait until monday to see if they corrected the problem, which I'm certain it will be anther issue."
