"There’s an old adage that says, “Chivalry is Dead!” Well, if that’s true, then exceptional or even good customer service is connected to a respirator. Fortunately, I had the rare pleasure of conducting business with Chris Mallett, a State Farm Insurance Agent. I was assisted by an incredibly professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and personable agent named Ashtyn H. She completely eliminated the frustration of comparing insurance policies. There was no nonsense, straightforward communication, and she concluded with me obtaining much better policies for my car and home insurance.
